    • Reinforce or establish continuity of care with a primary care physician (PCP)

    • The clients’ medical conditions and discharge plan

    • Community agencies with resources that can be of assistance

    • Taking control and managing the clients’ health and health care so they can make informed decisions

  • Healthcare Advocacy

    • Advocate on clients’ behalf with the insurance company for medically necessary services

    • Ensure that alternative treatments are made available to the clients

    • Help clients with preparation of appeals

  • Translations

    • Provide translations to ensure understanding of the clients’ medical conditions and the necessary follow-ups

    • Translation of medical records in other languages to English

  • Provide affordable information and referral services such as:​

    • Writing Affidavits

    • Power of Attorneys

    • Notary Public Services

    • Medicaid Applications

    • Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP)

    • Pooled Income Trusts

    • Long Term Home Care Arrangements

  • Pain Management/Opioids

    • This service includes an accurate assessment of the client’s problem/needs by asking relevant questions to elicit information necessary for an accurate referral.

  •  Medical Bill Saver Program

    • This program is designed for clients surprised with large medical and hospital bills for services rendered to them in situations where they had no control over.  Right 2 Health Navigators, Inc. will advocate on the clients’ behalf to prevent harassment from collection agencies.  We will also fight for the clients to ensure that the balances are either absorbed by the providers or by negotiating an affordable payment method for the clients.
