Chantalle Aburus is the President and Founder of Right 2 Health Navigators, Inc. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she founded the company with the vision of simplifying and guiding the clients throughout the challenges they face after being discharged from a hospital or any healthcare facility to home. She envisioned the company as being like a personal assistant for its clients where the healthcare experience and the outcomes are better and cost less. Chantalle holds a BA, BS and an MBA, MHCA, MPH, from the University of Phoenix. She is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Human Services and Public Health at Capella University.

Monica holds a BA in Finance from Hofstra University. She oversees staff development, training, coaching, policies and procedure compliance as well as market innovation and planning. She brings to the company many years of business experience in the areas of Human Resources, Public Relations, and Finance.

Inna holds a BS in nursing from the Medical College #2 in Ukraine. Currently, she is waiting to take the test to become a registered nurse (RN) in the US. Additionally, she holds a degree as a R.M.A. credentialed to work with infectious diseases and wound care and is a licensed phlebotomist, both degrees are from Concord Rusam, Inc. Inna brings many years of experience in working with geriatrics (long term and end of life care). She speaks Russian and Ukrainian.

May holds a BA degree in both English Literature and Chinese Language; she’s also a licensed New York and New Jersey state insurance agent for Medicare products.  She has over 14 years of membership experience in the healthcare industry advocating for better health and health care.  May believes strongly in social services and is very compassionate about making the healthcare system less intimidating for people, especially those disabled, aged and with language barriers.

Terry holds a BA in Political Science and an MSW from Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. She is a licensed social worker in New York state. She worked at Yeshiva University for approximately 8 years as a Recruitment Coordinator and Career Adviser working with employers to hire students and advising undergraduate and graduate students regarding their career development. She also worked for 3 years at Ohel Bais Ezra, a facility that services individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently, she holds a position as a Social Worker at Centers Plan for Healthy Living, a managed care organization that assists individuals needing long term care.

Brenda is a graduate from Truro College in the PA program. Brenda has many years of experience in various specialties including general surgery, pediatric surgery, and interventional radiology. Currently, Brenda works for Doctors on Call where she is the PCP for homebound patients and for transitional care programs. She is actively involved in the Independence at Home demonstration program with CMS. 

Denise received a BA in Business Administration from Pace University. Denise has 15 years of working experience in the healthcare industry primarily in hospital settings in the areas of HIPAA compliance, insurance authorizations and medical billing.

John holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Connecticut with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, John is the Principal of JPHealthcare Advisory Services leading sales and marketing teams. He is responsible for developing, implementing and executing sales growth strategies, marketing tactics, and evaluating new business opportunities. John is a highly accomplished, results-driven executive utilizing his wealth of knowledge in strategic planning and leadership excellence.
